I really enjoyed this workbook, the layout, the colours, the sections to write your own answers. It is a simple but effective workbook.

I would like to participate in future workshops to remind myself of self-care & how far I have come. Sometimes when things are getting better you forget to do the things that got you there in the first place.

The workbook is simple, easy to follow (great for reading in between chasing a baby!) and has words of encouragement from other mums in my shoes!

It’s an overwhelming time for all women and this workbook really gives a focus on self care and its importance at this time.

I really appreciate the opportunity to learn the skills I need and getting to talk to people who have been and are in the same place as I am.

I learned to remind myself that it is one step at a time and to take it handy.

It was great to meet other mothers and share different struggles & resources and realise that you are not alone feeling a certain way.

There was kindness within the group. It was great to have an input and to be able to speak about my experience.

The best thing about the workshop was having help with my baby, knowing the person minding my baby won’t leave the room. I enjoyed the group discussions, knowing I am not alone.

The more people this workbook is available to the better. I would have loved to have this during and especially after my first pregnancy.
