It’s an overwhelming time for all women and this workbook really gives a focus on self care and its importance at this time.
I really enjoyed this workbook, the layout, the colours, the sections to write your own answers. It is a simple but effective workbook.

The most helpful thing I learned is that I am not alone. More women than I realised don’t feel themselves after pregnancy and it was nice to read “What Women Said” throughout the workbook. The more people this workbook is available to the better. I would have loved to have this during and especially after my first pregnancy.
The workbook is simple, easy to follow (great for reading in between chasing a baby!) and has words of encouragement from other mums in my shoes!
The best thing about the workshop was having help with my baby, knowing the person minding my baby won’t leave the room. I enjoyed the group discussions, knowing I am not alone.
I would like to participate in future workshops to remind myself of self-care & how far I have come. Sometimes when things are getting better you forget to do the things that got you there in the first place.
